This plant originating from the Mediterranean rim (North Africa, Southern Europe, Syria) has been known since the Middle Ages.
The leaves of the borage are used in infusion for its medicinal virtues and the flowers to decorate your salads.

Borage easily resists itself. Sow it rather on the edge of your kitchen garden.
