Description:

This plant originating from the Mediterranean rim (North Africa, Southern Europe, Syria) has been known since the Middle Ages. 
The leaves of the borage are used in infusion for its medicinal virtues and the flowers to decorate your salads.

Borage easily resists itself. Sow it rather on the edge of your kitchen garden.

1. Seeding: Sow from March to May in your pots or planters and pack the soil. 
2. Lightening: In the 6-7 leaf stage, tear off the smallest plants and keep only the most vigorous plants, leaving only one plant per pot. 
3. Harvest: Harvest flowers and leaves from June to October. You can grow your borage directly in your garden by planting a plant every 20 cm.
