Blackberry is native to Southwest Asia and grows well in our country. It has plain and juicy fruits with sour and sweet taste. The growth type of the tree is medium with a wide crown. It is tolerant of dehydration and salinity, but it is less resistant to cold than white berries. They need 5-12 hours of full sun per day for adequate growth. Blackberries do not need specialized pruning. Only do sick and damaged branches during the dormant season of the tree.
