The origin of this cultivar is Khorasan region and it is the most resistant cultivar against fire. It is also resistant to pear psyllid pest but is very sensitive to phytophthora crown rot. When watering, care should be taken that the water is not in direct contact with the crown. The growth type of the tree is vertically with medium growth and closed angle of the branches. The most suitable distance for planting seed bases is 4 * 5 meters.
